The coaching aspect of my work reminds you that you are the master with regard to yourself - but you might need a guide to help you find your way. The mentoring aspect helps you get out of your own way and put steps in place that inspire and encourage you and are highly practical (without overestimating how much time you have). The strategy makes sure we've considered the data, the time commitments and the money. Oh yes, this is such a good session!
